I’m Jill Valentine and I’ve been in the Fitness Industry for over 30 years. I’m a Southern California native and have been an athlete my entire life, discovering dance and gymnastics at the age of 10. During college, I started teaching fitness classes and this passion grew after graduating from USC with a Bachelors in Communications. I was a former USGF competitive gymnast and member of the USC Women's Gymnastics team.
I have been a trainer and taught at fitness studios all over Southern California and also trained instructors on some of the latest formats in fitness to hit the industry. Fitness, Health and Wellness are my passion and I started Monarch Coast Fitness over 15 years ago. I’m here to help you achieve your fitness goals. Over the years my workouts have evolved to accommodate fitness challenges for men and women over 40. We offer a wide range of classes for all levels of fitness with a more customized approach.
